Aiqre is operated by Advanced AI s.r.o., with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Prague 1, Czech Republic. We act as processor when we run inference on your behalf, and as controller for your account and billing data.

We record that a request happened and how large it was. We do not record what it said.

Stored data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to settle any remaining obligations.
We process personal data on the following bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:
Where we process personal data contained in your requests, we act as processor on your instructions and you remain the controller.
We do not train, fine-tune, distil, or evaluate any model using customer prompts or completions, and we do not transfer customer content to third parties for those purposes. The models we serve are third-party open-weight releases, used as published and unmodified by customer data.
We use a small number of sub-processors for hosting and payment processing. The current list, with each one's role and location, is available on request and forms part of the data processing agreement. We give advance notice before it changes, so you have the opportunity to object.
If you have specific data residency requirements, tell us before onboarding and we will confirm in writing what we can commit to for your account.
Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by Chapter V of the GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or transfer to a country covered by an adequacy decision.
Because prompt and completion content is never written to storage, no such content is transferred or retained anywhere. Transfers concern account and billing data only.
Because prompt and completion content is never written to storage, there is no historical content for any authority in any jurisdiction to request. What we hold is billing metadata and account details.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing. As we retain no prompt content, most requests resolve against billing metadata and account details only.
We do not currently hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. We are happy to complete security questionnaires in writing.
This website sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookies used are those strictly necessary for the operation of the administrative area, which ordinary visitors never reach. Nothing here requires a consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If that ever changes we will say so here before it does, not after.
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. Where a change is material we will notify account holders by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
